hospital bag help!!!

I'm 31 weeks today FTM and starting to read what to pack for a hospital bag. I'm due August 2nd so I know I'll be super hot as I'm always sweaty. any suggestions what I should pick for myself in the hot months. what do I really need? and also what does my baby need besides the coming home outfit. will the baby need swaddle blankets and other blankets since it will be warm
