What did you take for nausea?

I've been feeling like death this past week.
So nauseated. Not vomiting but super close.
I eat so healthy but still just feel like I have the flu 24/7.
What did you take or what were you prescribed?
I was trying to stay away from medications but I just can't function.

Jolly ranchers helped me a lot, and a bag is like $2 at most as opposed to $10 for "preggie pops"

I used unisom and b6 and wore seabands.  I was sick from week 7 to about 18

These are a life saver for me, they are sea sickness bands, only cost a couple of pounds too.
