Symphasis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD) causes pain in the pubic area and round ligament paint causes it in the legs and such. I have both, so I feel for you! Don't put too much stress on your muscles there.

Yep. I've found I needed larger undies haha the elastic was just a bit too tight. Not quite enough for me to notice until the end of the day. Also my midwife said a maternity belt would be helpful for the groin pain.

Yes, horrible pain! This is my third pregnancy, and I didn't have this pain with my previous 2.
