35 pounds at what age?

Question

I have a car seat that goes from 4lbs to 35lbs.
I want to know how long this is expected to last.
My niece was tiny and at 4 years old only weighed maybe 30 pounds, but she was a lot smaller than most I guess.

How old was your kid when they were 35 pounds?

My son is 5 1/2 and is hovering around 35 lbs. (He's tall and average weight.)  You'll probably upgrade to a booster seat before your baby is 35 lbs.

My son is 20 months ave weighs 24 lbs. I don't expect him to weigh 35 lbs until at least 3 yrs old. He was 8 lbs 2 oz at birth.

My 18 month old is 18 months and weighs 23lbs. I moved her out of the infant car seat, even though she still fit, into a convertible at 15/16 months. She meets the requirements and is still rear facing as she won't meet those until she's 3/4 years old at this rate.

My son is 19 months and only weighs 22.3 pounds my nephew is 23 months and weighs 23.5 it just depends on the child and how tall they are and how fast their metabolism is.

My son is four and a half and is currently 43.2. A few months ago he was closer to 36. It should last awhile.
