Working part time, having a hard time finding a good reliable baby sitter and only using the extra money for small stuff...should i quit my job.

So my dad watches my son for me and he does great however he also works a full time job. It's been an adjustment but dad never complains but I see it in his eyes that he is tired. I'm beyond thankful but I can't find a baby sitter that I want. My step mom suggested a woman with three kids and two dogs....um no I don't know her and he won't have the attention he needs....so that's out the window. My boyfriend has family that want to watch him but I want permanent no smoking or drugs, car available, only attention on him. Don't we as moms have every right to be picky? So I'm struggling on leaving my job. I went to part time bc my ppd is kicking my ass I want my baby. He is my only way to heal. So should I stay for the 19 hours that I work or leave??
