9w4d - decrease in symptoms

Has anyone had this? Up until a couple days ago I had swollen & tender breasts. That has completely gone away along with the swelling. No nausea, but still have some fatigue. I called my OB & they didn't seem too concerned unless I have any cramping/bleeding. Has anyone experience a decrease in their symptoms earlier than expected?
