Nipple soreness AGAIN?

Question

Anybody know why my nipples could be hurting again? My baby is almost 3 months old, I exclusively breastfeed, and my nipples have started hurting again. Like so badly! Like the first few days after she was born. But nothing has changed. She still eats the same amount, no new schedule, nothing. Any ideas?? 
Edit: I should say they mostly only hurt when my baby is nursing.

I just had this happen too. It's almost like a raw feeling when my son latches on. He just turned 12 weeks a couple days ago and it's so weird that this just started happening again out of nowhere. I know they go through a pretty big developmental leap around this time where they want to eat/sleep more or less and mines been eating like it's going out of style so I hope it's just bc of that and will go away soon. We had his tongue and lip ties fixed when he was 9 days old and haven't had any problems nursing since then. I hope this isn't bc of latch issues again😩 I've been using coconut oil (when I can remember) but I may need to run and get some nipple cream if they don't start getting better in the next day or so.

I'm not sure why but if you need something to help with the soreness I definitely recommend earth mama angel baby nipple butter it works wonders! And it's all organic 😊
