When to tell...

Question

I'm 8+3 with twins and i have yet to tell my two boys about my pregnancy. At my OB appt when i found out about the twins i was told multiples have a higher miscarriage % so now I'm really hesitant to tell my boys. 
Have most of you told your older children? Or are you waiting until 13-14 weeks to pass?

I told my daughter at 8 weeks. We're 18 weeks now and I'm happy I did! Safe zone for multiples is the same for a singleton I was informed by my doctor.

We previously had a miscarriage but hadn't told anyone we were expecting. I could have used the support of friends and family so much. We told our whole family at 7 weeks we were expecting (including our 4 year old son), and then at 8 weeks we found out we were expecting twins. If anything were to happen, we just wanted everyone to know and to have that support around us. Currently 23 weeks 😀

I think it depends on how old your boys are. We have a 15 year old and told him the day we found out, which was at 5weeks 3days

We lost our son's twin at 11w3d so definitely want until i think its 14weeks?
