I'm finally ready!!
I am 28, married and have 5 kids. I always find a reason or in reality an excuse on why I haven't lost weight, why I can't start yet, or why the day passed me by. Yesterday I decided instead of trying to change my whole eating lifestyle I'm going to take it one week at a time.
I am 5'3" and weighed in at 223lbs yesterday even though I was once 260 (4years ago) and just had a baby 6 weeks ago I didn't feel proud of myself at all. So today is day one of absolutely no pop (have been addicted for years!!) strictly water & starting the 4 minute work out.
Each week I want to change something else in my eating habits and add another video or body work out to my daily routine. If you have anything that worked for you and you think may fit in my day or a website to help me on meal planning all while having to still cook for my family I would greatly appreciate it 😊. I know this isn't a big story to tell or very interesting but i felt like I had to "say it out loud" just to push myself that much further, thanks in advance for any tips!
