Period after chemical pregnancy/MC

I saw my doctor this AM because I still have no had a period. I'm on CD34. Ok April 29th I had a MC and since it was so early only my doctor considered it a chemical pregnancy and MC. I feel like I'm pregnant again, I even posted a picture on here that showed a BFP but retested and it was a clear negative. My doctor said it could take up to 6 weeks to get my period back but I could become pregnant inbetween then.
