I'm 34 wks with di/di babies and over the past couple of days I've been having fairly intense and definitely uncomfortable contractions. I had an appt yesterday, my doctor said everything looks good and my cervix is still fairly long (3cm) with no dilation. I've had decently strong contractions for several weeks now but they usually only came after being a little more active and would calm down with rest and water. Now they're just happening all the time, although never settling into a rhythm or getting closer together. I assume it's not a problem since my OB wasn't concerned but I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that this has happens to other ladies at the end of pregnancy too.
