Does anybody have any ideas how to stay cool doing The hot summer days

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I'm trying to find ways to stay cool does anybody have any ideas

We will either be at the pool or in the A/C.

I drink ice water constantly and eat Popsicles. Try not to stay out in heat for too long. And keep activities at a minimum.

I keep a rice pack in the freezer and use it almost every night to fall asleep. I make sure that I always have ice water with me and I also have a neck band that you soak in water, it expands and then you keep it around your neck to stay cool. Oh, and I eat Otter Pops (or any Popsicles I can get my hands on) all the time 😜

I'm trying to stay in cool areas and if in outside I'm for sure brining either ice cold water or a really cold smoothie. I'm thinking about using an umbrella when I walk outside lol, my own personal shade
