Anyone one else have/had a Septate Hymen??
A Septate Hymen is one where the hymen has one or more bands extending across the opening of the vagina.
I had a Septate hymen untill I was about 17, and I didn't know it was abnormal until I had my first OBGYN appointment. The doctor recommended that I get it removed, So a few weeks later I had a short like 5-10 minute procedure to remove it!
Btw, mine had about 4 bands 😳😳
