Mommy time
After being at home by myself for the last three and a half weeks with a two year old toddler and a 3 week old baby I was starting to feel the pressure. When I say pressure I mean just feeling bad for myself and feeling sad and postpartum issues that some people go through... Then I put on some makeup did my hair and painted my nails :-) it's amazing what taking care of you and giving yourself some time for yourself will do to you! Amazingly enough I feel so much better just by doing those three little things that I used to do every day but haven't done in three and a half weeks.
Now that their nap time is over I'm sure it will be another three and a half weeks before I get to do it again but it's all worth it! :)
