Baby Rash?

These are my babies legs. Last week he caught a virus called hand,foot, and mouth. Also called Herpangina and coxsackie Virus. Anyways, I know the virus usually causes a visible rash on the hands and feet but recently this has popped up. Could be from the virus? It's all over his body (arms,legs, tummy,bottom) He isn't itching them and they aren't raised bumps. Thoughts?
