When you found out your pregnant

Question

As soon as you found out you were pregnant, what was the first thing you did? What was the first thing you googled? How long did you wait to tell your hubby? How long did you wait to tell your family?

The first thing I did was walk down stairs and tell my husband. He just looked at me wide eyed and said, "HA!" 😂😂😂

As soon as I found out I was with my cousin I told her i was 2 weeks late and need a test the first thing out my mouth when I saw the plus (it was a strong plus and popped up pretty quickly) was for her to go get my boyfriend. His face was priceless.

Called my doctor, set up an appointment. Then I drove to my SO's work, called him from the car and told him to come outside. He knew I was taking the test that morning so he practically sprinted out the door😁. The look on his face when I showed him the test was priceless.

I googled due dates and what to avoid (it has changed in 8 years lol), told my husband immediately and my mom that night.

Called my mom crying and screaming, then just sat down in bed crying, while trying to calm down, waiting on my fiance to get off work, to surprise him.. as we lost 3 babies previously.. and were both very terrified and excited.. so many moxed emotions all at once.. then waited 12 weeks to tell everyone else

I went out and bought a more reliable test.... Then I googled when my due date might be ! It was so faint at first though I didn't think it could be true !

I did not google anything.  I called a friend that had just given birth to a premie, high risk at 29 weeks and made it. Asked her for the obgyns phone number and made an appointment. Took the test with my SO there thus he knew right away.  It was planned.. so no surprises to my SO there...from there it was history.

I found out a little before 4 weeks I was talking with my mom she told me to do a test and I did when it said positive I cried cuz I am 20. then I new I had to tell my bf he was at work so I texted him I think I am pregnant cuz one line was so faint he got really scared and nervous I took a digital the next day said 3+ then I got my bf to tell him mom so she can help me out with what to do next who to see and appointments ect cuz my mom is 2 almost 3 hours away. I am 9 weeks 1 day pregnant all of my close family knows and a few close friends. My first appointment is June 30th.

Honestly. I immediately started crying, and the first person I told my general manger 😂 it's a little weird now that I think about it, that's who I told first. But she's not much older than me and I didn't know who else to cry too 🙅🏻

Soon as I found out I was pregnant It was early in the morning and I guessed I was seeing things. So that afternoon while my bf was at work I went bought another test and it was also positive. I texted him we need to talk about something when you get home. I made him think all day and it drove him nuts! When he was home I told him. We waited to tell our family till about two weeks.
