Emotional roller coaster

Kirsten
Our 2nd IUI was unsuccessful. When the doctor called me to discuss, he mentioned that I have low AMH for my age, which means my egg reserve is equivalent to a 40 year old (I'm 33). This is the first he mentioned this to me. He said if we intend to do IVF then we should not do IUI again. I always showed follicles and eggs through my rounds. I don't know how much time we have left. My FSH is normal, and from what I researched, that should be high if my reserve is too low. IVF is expensive and not covered by our insurance. We don't know if we should do one more IUI and hope for the best or save towards IVF in the fall.
