Stressed
I just started my third trimester with quadruple high risk twins. My dr wants me to stop working. My finance' left me and moved out yesterday. I'm trying to not stress out and stop crying. It is extremely difficult on my entire being. I'm like a zombie. I don't even know why I'm writing this....
