Uti for 2 months!!!!

Soo I have a history of getting severe uti's. And i always have to go to the bath room. I could go about every 15 min, and that has been going on for years. but Ive been having pain for about 2 months now. So I went to the hospital the other day and waited 6 hours in the waiting room after desiding to leave. The next day they called and Said I have blood in my urine. Should I go back? My only issue is that a few years ago I went to the er about the same issue and they told me that there's noting wrong.

Please help.
