Self harm and boyfriend
I recently self harmed and my boyfriend found out and he's questioning why I do it. I explained that it's to do with the control and distractions and that it's slightly addicting and he just said he can't talk to me right now. What do I do how do I go about this??
Update: he's threatening to break up with me because last time I did it he said he can't deal with me hurting myself . What do I do now???
