Tips on losing weight
I gained probably about 10-15 pounds since Ive moved back home. Im Filipino, so we have rice every single day. And Im breastfeeding, I tend to eat after feeding. I crave sweets and spicy foods 95% of the time. I go out for a walk with my lo for about an hour a day, but then eat a shit load of rice. I dont believe in dieting. I do try to portion my food when and snack with healthier options.
Edit: By dieting, i mean "eating ONLY this and that" diets. If that makes sense. I will gladly take any food substitutions or healthier options for "bad" foods.
