How long did it take to conceive after your MC?? HELP.

I really need some positive stories... Im age 40.5 and trying for 1st baby.

Just had a Missed Miscarriage 2 days ago & had a D&C procedure. (I was supposed to be 9 weeks, but baby died at 7 weeks mark, AFTER we heard the heartbeat!)

For those of you past the First Trimester mark: How long did it take to get pregnant again????

Its a tough journey but you'll get there! Don't give up. I've just turned 40 last week. Lost my baby early on (same as you) last October and was pregnant again after 2 more ivfs (December failed, End of Feb succeeded). Now at 18 weeks and all is good. Hang in there! The weird thing is that in Feb, I was more discouraged than I'd ever been during this 4+ year journey and physically very tired and it still worked. So you can do it too. Take care.

I miscarried at 12 weeks July of 15. Had an unsuccessful transfer in October 15 and then one more gung ho transfer in November and I'm now 32 weeks with twins. The waiting sucks, but once you get there it's amazing...

We had a D&C at 8 weeks and went for another round of IUI 2 months later. The IUI was successful and I am now 17 weeks pregnant. Just relax and let your body heal it will happen again for you. The positive out of all of this is that you get pregnant and that's always the hardest part. Good luck!!
