Pounding heart?

41+1 and have been having bouts of light headedness and a pounding heart that lasts a few seconds then goes away. It almost feels like palpatations. My blood pressure has been fine at every OB appointment so I'm not majorly worried about pre-e. Has anyone had anything similar?

Mine does that on and off since I got pregnant. If you are feeling lightheaded you should mention it to your doc though.
