3dpo and diarrhoea

Hello ladies, I'm 3dpo and have terrible diarrhoea! I don't feel unwell with it but just wondering if this could impact my chances this month? I don't think this is a pregnancy symptom because 3dpo is soooo early I think it's actually because I'm on slimming world and as a treat I had a portion of chips and maybe the oil wasn't so great for my stomach but in worrying that having an upset stomach could affect the egg implanting? I know I'm probably just worrying but any advice would be appreciated xxx
