You can, I don't. It doesn't matter if I catch the surge earlier in the day, my hubby works 2nd shift so it's whenever he gets home. I always catch the surge testing between 6-8 pm.

Definitely! Buy the cheap ones you dip into your urine from Amazon that way you can use as many as you like and not feel bad!!
