HELP! PUMP & DUMP?

Hey ladies FTM. Baby is 6w had a bbq today and had about 3 drinks plus half a shot. No drinks after 630pm. I pumped at 830. Should I dump that milk??? Also do I only pump and dump once or can I nurse for next feeding?

Sober to drive, sober to feed. Never dump milk. Save it for a milk bath or to make lotion/soap.

If you felt sober enough to drive keep it. If not I guess dump it sadly. But dont keep pumping and dumping cuz it doesn't make the alcohol leave your system faster. It will be there as long as its in your blood and makes you feel drunk. I had 6beers tonight and i pumped right before. Totally worth it.
