Wondering how far along i am 😐😐

Ok so i stopped taking bc in february had normal regular period in march , april came nothing ? Tested negative . May came no period still . Tested again some what begining of may negative . Just recently tested last week got a positive . Soooooo im a little confused . I have already booked my appt for this tuesday but my mind is just going and going lol any similar stories ??
