I wish someone could hear my voice

I feel so lonely and everyone I try to reach out to is too busy to talk to me. Everyone except my dad who is a 16 hour plane ride away...I need friends but I literally know no one in this state except for family that ignores me...I hate being pregnant and single...and being alone pregnant with twins makes it even worse...I just want a hug or someone who I can talk to in person who understands me....sorry for the long rant but I just needed to write it out
