Recommended method?
I've been on the depo shot but my 5 years is up. On the shot I didn't even experience spotting after the first three months. My main concern is to keep my period away because it is extremely irregular and I bleed heavily for two weeks straight. What method do you ladies use that you don't experience bleeding from?
I'm also just curious to see what methods you use and what your experience is with it?
