Sleep help! Please, no judging...
My son is 8 months and has been a terrible sleeper since about 4 months. We tried co-sleeping but he couldn't go to sleep without nursing and it was getting to where I would have to go to bed with him at 7...
In an act of desperation we tried the Ferber method and it was working great! By night 7, he cried for a couple of minutes and fell asleep. Now it's night 9 and we seem to have regressed. He won't stop crying and I finally gave in and am laying with him while he nurses.
Does anyone have a suggestion of how he can learn to sleep without nursing? Please no judgment, he and I just need sleep. 😕
