Not counting the oopsies, I mean perfect pulling out, no ejaculation inside vagina! 
Answer one: has been working for a very long time with no pregnancies
Answer two: had been working but have only been using it for a short amount of time 
Answer three: It worked for a long time, but I then had a pregnancy from it
Answer four: it worked a couple times But then I had a pregnancy from it
Answer five: it worked with a previous partner but when I used it with a new partner, I fell pregnant

Works for my boyfriend and I! We've been sexually active for around 8 months and after I got on birth control, we stopped using condoms. However, we always refrain from him ejaculating inside of me. Has been working so far! :)
