Could it be spd

Somebody suggested to me the other day that I may have spd, I've got very painful hips and I between my legs especially at night turning over in bed is very painful, walking up the stairs is not easy and when I first stand up from sitting it is very painful to start moving, even when sitting it sort of feels like I am bruised between the legs, any more experienced ladies have any idea? Thanks
