I have been having serious back pains (kidney area) on my right side since Saturday. The pain comes and goes but when it comes it lasts for around 20 minutes. The pain is so intense I can barely breath through it . I went to my OB today and it is not a kidney infection . Some others mentioned back labor . I am 1cm dialated and effaced pretty well. Massaging and heat makes it feel better . Has anyone else experienced this ? The pain brings me to tears and I just beef to know what it is so that I know how to move forward with reducing the pain.... Anything helps mommies !!
