Please read the labels!

Ladies, please read the labels on any vitamins and supplements you take. Twice in one day I've read about someone taking too many vitamins or suppliments because they didn't understand what they were taking. You CAN overdose on some vitamins and minerals, potentially harming you, your fertility, or your baby. I know when you are TTC you can feel desperate to find that magic something that will help you get your BFP. But take the time to read the labels and do the research before you start taking a bunch of pills or teas you don't really understand. And talk to your doctor. A regular prenatal vitamin is all most women really need in addition to a healthy lifestyle.
