What does this mean?
I looked up my new neighbor in a back ground check and I saw he was accused of forced 2nd degree sexual assualt of a child, battery, and a bunch of other things. Then there this; Sexual Violent person petition: 
He is always roaming around my back yard and wanting to play with my three daughters.... Um nooooo. I also noticed my doors unlocked and things moved around in my home so I'm starting to wonder.

Call the cops  and report this immediately !   I had a very simular  situation  and finally  called too.  I hesitated as I wasn't  sure I was doing the right thing but come to find out, he was a registered  sex offender too (new, past several  months  ) and the cops told me he was staying in a house with 3 small children !  That too was against  his parole and sex offender orders.

I had caught him doing weird stuff.  We own our  home but our backyard is butted up to some duplexes that various shady  people  rent out.  I have a fence and all but he would walk up right to it and stare inside, watch me cook on the grill, watch my kids play etc.  He knew i had an issue with him and his behaviour   as I gotta big mouth and told him off . I was like wtf u watching me for? Are u a pervert ? .  He started staring  ,and I mean staring, at me  and then my kids - like weirdly.  I addressed the  situation  and told him to knock it off. Went inside ,   Grabbed my camera and very obviously started snapping   pictures of him.  I told him to back tf up and knock it off or I'd  have his balls.  He left but returned to peep inside my fence again. As I'm  on the phone with the cops, my husband  walked out with his AK and told him he would straight  murder him because  he came back into my yard now and was trying  to look into the windows !

Needless to say, he had a huge criminal  history  like the one u posted.  I found out he started to do weird stuff  to the kids he was staying  with and if we wouldn't  of called, he may of finished his little plan with them (or my kids too).  Oh yeah, the mom that let him stay there  was smoking crack and that's why she let him stay and didn't care what he did to her kids.  I got her arrested too.  Fing people

Report it to the police and install an alarm to keep your girls safe in case he's breaking in to get to them. Check your house up and down for cameras too in case he's one of those types of perverts.

Is he a registered sex offender?? Because if he is you can slam his ass in prison for even looking at your girls

Oh fuckk no! Tell the cops immediately and install an alarm system with cameras, tell your girls to scream if he comes near them in case you can't see them and invest in a shotgun. You can probably get a restraining order also but that's just paper and he may retaliate so buckshot is your friend. I'm sorry this is Happening to you 😡

Report ASAP. and if he gets too close, use a pan woman. Hit it straight in the skull. Maybe he'll come back to his senses. Keep him away. Put a no trespassing sign..

You need to look up the charge on your states website. Second degree can mean a lot things from the victims age to if he had a weapon.

Regardless it's better to be safe than sorry and reporting suspicious strangers isn't a crime.

My neighbor just got arrested for a charge similar he's attracted the really young girls and my neighborhood is filled with them. They put him on house arrest but it's still unsettling. I would definitely call the pd sometimes they will do some check ups to make sure he's not doing things he shouldn't be.
