Still scared at every doctors visit.. Anyone with me?

I have my sonogram and docs appointment today. I have been on bedrest for almost 2 months now coz of few scary episode of bleeding. I am 17 weeks. Still when i go for sonography i am shit scared. It is in 1 hour. And i couldnt sleep the whole night. Anyone who is equLly scared as me.

Yes!! I always get really nervous You know what makes my anxiety so much worse too? Going through the forums and seeing all the losses and stuff... Ugh. I need to stop reading posts lol!!

I'm a little nervous, however having a Doppler and listening at home has helped ease my anxiety so much.

I freak out every time. My next scan isn't until July 4 (haven't had one since since 10 weeks) it really freaks me out :(

I'm always so terrified they won't hear a heart beat or that he's gonna be like oh your not pregnant or some crazy fear I try and just calm down and breath and tell myself God has this he's in control but it doesn't always calm my human motherly fears

I am sorry for your rough beginning and bed rest! I had 2 previous m/c and am now 18 weeks pregnant with twins. I am always nervous for my ultrasounds, so much so that my palms are sweaty! But, remember we have surpassed the first trimester-yay! Also, I have a fetal Doppler that gives me so much piece of mind. Have you considered purchasing one? It may ease your fears. Good luck on your appt!

Not since I bought an at home doppler. I listen to him 5 days a week to calm my anxiety!

I'm always nervous before my appointment. I think it's pretty common.

Definitley always nervous. I try to tell myself everything is normal and we will hear the heartbeat. Baby is okay. I haven't had any problems but I still have that fear something will go wrong.
