Help please TMI

I went to the doctor and got a Pap smear and blood work done everything came back fine no stds or anything but I did have a bacterial infection called streap b group and Doctor put me on antibiotics lately my vagina has been painful itchy and very sensitive please help me. No I don't have herpes ! If it's thrush as some of the comments say why is there a bump I wanna comment but ion want anyone to know who I am 😔 this is very embarrassing
