Almost 35 weeks Thursday but anyway I have really been having headaches if not headaches it's heart burns if not heart burns it's what's new to me peeing ALOT and along with that I notice a sweet smell not a pee smell when I wipe it's slippery and clear but has a sweet smell! I usually don't wear under wear at night and honestly if I'm not going anywhere during the day as well I just be comfortable so I'm wondering have anyone that's far along notice a sweet smell before or after they pee & what could it be???
