What kind of prenatals do you take ?

I started off taking first response brand and they were amazing. My nails were growing like crazy and my skin felt amazing. I switched the vitafusian because they were cheaper and they aren't doing anything for me. Is it possible for one prenatal to be better than another?

The best thing to do is compare the nutritional labels at the store before you buy. I have seen small differences in the amounts of different vitamins, for the most part the amount of folic acid seems to be the same across the board. Make sure the vitamin contains DHA. Your OB/midwife should be able to tell u what vitamins u need to make sure you have in your diet. On top of my prenatals I also have to take an omega 3, vitamin c, and vitamin D supplement.
