Trying to conceive ! Been in the ER twice and they told me I have a ovarian cyst screwing up my cycle which may or may not go away on its own. However, I'm still safe to keep trying . Does it look like I'm ovulating ? All my period apps say yes ..

If you temp and do opks you can identify when you are ovulating and when you have ovulated. Temps can be easily affected by other factors, so it's not exactly fool proof but it will help. Opks identify the chemical that wants to release the egg, though sometimes ovulation may not happen. Temping will identify the temperature increase that happens after ovulation. So if your opks are positive and you temp and your temps go up and stay up until your period( or pregnancy) than you can come to the conclusion that you ovulated. I hope this makes sense.

Positive OPKs don't mean you are ovulating. I get them each month but haven't actually ovulated in 4 months. PCOS can cause false positive OPKs.
