How soon after mc to start opk
So I'm having my first mc now. It started Sunday, a week after getting a BFP. I'm looking on the bright side of, I am able to get pregnant. Now I want to start tracking again since my cycles were always different lengths, but I'm not sure when to start using opks after the mc. Do I start like I would after a normal period?
