Induction: Membrane Sweep or Cervidil?

I'm going to be 40w1d at my doctors appointment on Friday. 
Should I get a Membrane Sweep?
Ask about Cervidil?
Or should I just go straight for the Pitocin induction..?

Don't get pitocin unless you absolutely have to. It sucks.

Are you dilated? I was never able to have a membrane sweep as I wasn't dilated more than a finger tip at 10 days past due. I had a successful induction with pitocin and no complications.
