Morning (24/7) Sickness

I'm 10weeks 5days pregnant I've been having vomiting and nausea since a week before I even found out I was pregnant and I've tried every medicine, sea bands, every bit of advice I've gotten nothing helps I'm miserable and trying to take care of my toddler while going through this but I've been throwing up blood today stomach acid and blood when I was pregnant with my son I was the same way and they told me it was a tear in my stomach lining from all the throwing up. So should I be worried this time? Debating on going to the ER or not.
