Implantation bleeding happens around your missed period and is either pink or brown in color. Sometimes if you suffer from constipation you can irritate the cervix (which has a lot of blood flow and sensitivity now) and that can make it bleed some. It can be normal but any bleeding that is red in color should be double checked by your MD just to rule out any issues. Hope that helps.
