Why am i always hungry?!?!

Question

I cant get through a day at work without feeling like im starving to death!! Please help me tell me what to eat so i can stay full i do eat before hand and to me its a lot! Today it was a cup of yogurt, a granola bar, and 2 poptarts...and yet through work til 11:30  was so hungry :(

Omg I wake up at 3 am starving. Every single morning. My stomach will growl at me. Lol.

You're supposed to snack in between your small meals. I was doing that but I lost my self control and went for whatever I found in my fridge that also sound good. I've asked my husband to help me with it and he has been supportive. The skin on my stomach would hurt so badly because the stretching after big meals it would almost make me cry. I felt like I couldn't breathe and I felt so uncomfortable only because while I was eating I thought, this food is soo good I'm having more. I think a lot of it is because you're craving something so you think you're hungry, atleast that seemed like my case.

Eat small portions all day long. Like eat a nice small breakfast, then have a couple snacks before lunch like fruit, granola bars, toast, etc. then eat lunch and keep snacking between regularly until dinner.
