My sister had a miscarriage.

I'm 24+3 weeks with my first.My sister was 9 weeks and just found out she had a miscarriage and I feel so horrible. She has five kids already but has also had 4 miscarriages and a still birth.  I feel beyond horrible and don't even want to talk about my baby  because I feel as if it is selfish...  What should I do? My baby shower is in August and we had plans to do baby shopping in two weeks and cake testing... Should I postpone everything?
