Diva Cup?

Question

It's finals week right now, and I just got my period. I'm looking for more comfortable ways to deal with my period so I don't have to change it that often without being unsanitary. I heard about the Diva Cup but I wasn't sure from some reviews I read if I should try it.
Does it cost a lot? How do you take it out and empty it? How sanitary is it? Can it really prevent leaks?

I had one and didn't like it... It didn't really leak but I found it so painful to remove that I was nearly in tears no matter how many YouTube tutorials I watched it just didn't work for me. If you're keen to get one give it a go, but I wouldn't recommend using it for the first time during your finals week because it does take time to get insertion right so you don't leak, so try it for the first time on a day when you're at home and don't have to worry if it comes out X

I got mine for $40 at target. Didn't leak and cleaned it out about every 5 hours. I have a heavy flow. It does take some getting used to the first few times, but once you get the hang of it, it's super easy.
