7 weeks. Back pain normal?

Right-sided cramping and back pain tonight. Wondering if I should be concerned!

I had crazy back pain when I was 6-12 weeks. I could be sitting and the second I moved it felt like my back was separating or something. I think it's mostly normal just your body stretching out. I had some minor cramps as long as they don't last longer than 15 minutes or so you should be fine. If you're concerned wait to call your obgyn in the morning and tell them what you're feeling, mine helped me with a lot of questions I was unsure about.

One sided cramping should always be watched to roule out ectopic pregnancy. Could be a cysts although - but please let check!
