Anyone gave birth naturally and are overweight?

Hi mamas! I love being on glow app and reading, learning and also sharing advices here.

I am curious if any heavy mamas out there (like me) gave natural birth without complications?

It makes me nervous that I (being overweight) might not be able to have a normal and natural birth.

Anyone out there had a successful natural and normal birh despite being overweight?

Please share me your stories and did you have any diet plans to help you.

Don't worry about the weight. I am very overweight. I gave birth naturally 2 times. 1st was 15 mins pushing and 2nd was 4 pushes. 3rd was csection because he was so big. Weight had nothing to do with it.

I didn't start out overweight, but ended up that way by the end of my pregnancy.
I had a natural childbirth, with a couple of complications but nothing that had anything to do with weight.

How overweight? I was about 230 when I gave birth vaginally to my twins. I didn't have any issues.

There is no reason you can't have a normal natural birth
