implanon (the implant)

and for the first two months I didn't have a period at all and over the 3rd month I had a period for a week and then off for a week and then on for a week and now i am in month four and I am basically bleeding ALL THE TIME I will occasionally have a day that I don't bleed and so my partner will be like WOO YAY and we will actually be able to be intimate.. BUT straight after I will start bleeding again... went to the doctor & she put me on the pill YAZ to regulate my periods and fix my skin (which has also gone crazy since implanon) I was on diane before getting the implant and was on that for 3 years but ultimately couldn't remember to take the pill everyday.

is there anything I can do naturally to regulate my period? idk if I feel comfortable with a synthetic cycle anymore ahh
